Rule based text check: doubled words, missing spaces after commas or periods, duplicate punctuation, lowercase sentence starts, unbalanced brackets, long sentences and common typos — DE and EN.
This grammar checker works with rules, not with a language model. It scans your text for mechanical mistakes that can be detected reliably: a word repeated twice in a row, two spaces instead of one, a missing space after a comma or a period, duplicated punctuation such as !! or ,, (while ?! and ... are left alone), a space before a punctuation mark, a lowercase sentence start, unbalanced brackets or quotation marks, sentences longer than the limit you set, and a built-in list of common typos for English and German. Every finding shows line and column, a short explanation and, if the fix is unambiguous, a suggestion. Confusion pairs such as das/dass or their/there are deliberately not reported: a rule cannot decide them without understanding the sentence.
